About INmune Bio, Inc.

INmune Bio, Inc. is a clinical-stage immunology company developing therapies targeting the innate immune system to fight disease. INmune Bio is developing two product platforms, the DN-TNFα Platform and an Immune Priming Platform, as well as multiple products related to these platforms that reengineer the patient’s innate immune system’s response to disease. In addition to INB03, the DN-TNFα Platform includes XPRO1595, a DN-TNFα protein biologic that targets soluble TNFα (sTNFα) and may have many beneficial effects in patients with Alzheimer’s disease by decreasing neuroinflammation; and NeuLiv, also a DN-TNFα protein biologic that may enable targeting of the underlying cause of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), to help stop the disease and allow the liver to heal. The Immune Priming Platform includes INKmune, which is a natural killer (NK) cell therapeutic that primes the patient’s NK cells to attack minimal residual disease, the remaining cancer cells that are difficult to detect, which often cause relapse. INmune Bio’s product platforms utilize a precision medicine approach for the treatment of a wide variety of hematologic malignancies, solid tumors and neurodegenerative diseases. Hamilton looking to extend F1 lead at Singapore Grand Prix

Sep 20, 2019

SINGAPORE — Lewis Hamilton aims to turn up the heat in his bid for a sixth Formula One championship at this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix. The Mercedes driver heads into Sunday's race with a 63-point lead over teammate Valtteri Bottas. As with last year's race, drivers can expect sweltering heat and humidity. In addition to the heat, a thick haze has set in over the city-state with advisories issued from the national government over "unhealthy" air conditions. Hamilton will be hoping for a repeat of the 2018 race here when he won comfortably from pole position to extend his championship...

Sep 20, 2019

SYDNEY — U.S. Open champion Rafael Nadal will start his 2020 season on the opposite side of Australia to Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer when he leads Spain in a group-stage qualifier in the new ATP Cup team competition. Spain was drawn into Group B with Japan and Georgia and will play in Perth on Australia's west coast, where the U.S. team, Daniil Medvedev's Russia team and Italy will also be competing in Group D. Nadal collected his 19th major title, moving within one of Federer's record for men, when he held off Medvedev 7-5, 6-3, 5-7, 4-6, 6-4 in...

Gasol completes historic double, Spain wins World Cup

Sep 20, 2019

BEIJING — Spain has captured its second World Cup championship, defeating Argentina 95-75 on Sunday to give Marc Gasol a rare double-title year. Ricky Rubio scored 20 points and Sergio Llull added 15 for Spain (8-0), the ninth team to make it through a World Cup or world championship unbeaten. Gasol scored 14 for the winners, who never trailed and added this crown to the one it claimed in 2006. For Gasol, it was historic. The Toronto Raptors center becomes the second player to win an NBA title and a FIBA world gold medal in the same year, joining Lamar...

USA Basketball relying on defense so far at World Cup

Sep 20, 2019

SHENZHEN, China — U.S. guard Donovan Mitchell turned toward his bench with fists clenched, then punched the air in celebration and let out a joyous scream. It wasn't for a dunk, or a 3-pointer, or some highlight-reel play. Mitchell's exuberant reaction was because the U.S. forced a 24-second violation in a big moment against Greece on Saturday. The U.S. team at this World Cup is like none other assembled by the Americans for a big international tournament in a long time. This is no scoring juggernaut, but rather a team that has decided its best path to victory — and,...

Analysis: The US isn't the best team at this World Cup _ yet

Sep 20, 2019

SHANGHAI — The United States does not have the best team at this World Cup. This is not a new thing. It's just more evident now. The Americans' edge in recent tournaments has been that they always had the best players on the court. That's not the case in this World Cup. The best player in the tournament is NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, who plays for Greece, a team that is likely waiting for the U.S. this weekend. All-NBA first-teamer Nikola Jokic plays for Serbia. The two-time reigning defensive player of the year, Rudy Gobert, plays for France. That puts...
