Participants of the Holy Land Tour expressed their delightfulness from the final day of the 2018 Holy Land Tour.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome– the founder of the renowned Christ Embassy Church has organized the final day of the 2018 Holy Tour as a “day to remember”. The week-ling visit to Israel was designed to play a crucial role in the spiritual success of the believers and followers of Pastor Chris and the Church. The trip was divided into four different groups, each accompanying the Pastor at crucial moments and sites. The Holy Land Tour aims to connect Christ believers with the Land of Jesus, expanding their understanding of the Bible and scripture, and thus connecting them to the Jewish land on a new level of faith. The entire tour was broadcasted and covered extensively by the news agencies, social media, and multiple streaming websites. The organization have thus declared the visit as “an overwhelming success”.

The day began while one of the groups still resided in Jordan, a neighboring country to Israel. They visited the city of Jerash. It is a city of the Decapolis and the site of the ruins of a Greco-Roman city. The site is filled with historical and biblical references dating back centuries. The Biblical Holy Land is not just in Israel, it spreads out to other modern-day countries such as Jordan, making this tour an opportunity to experience new countries.Participants expressed how amazed were they by the rich archeological diversity the site offered. They shared that “it was a moment in which Christians could understand, first hand, where Jesus resided and what He went through in His life.”

The participants were then served at a traditional Lebanese restaurant in Jerash, Jordan. The group received a warm welcome and had the chance to try traditional food and drink. The Holy Land Tour provides the opportunity not only to connect to the scripture but also to experience the diverse culture of Middle East.

The group went back to Israel by crossing the Allenby Bridge border. The Allenby Bridge, which is also known as the King Hussein Bridge connects the West Bank with Jordan and crosses the Jordan River. Other than through the West Bank, the bridge is currently the sole designated exit/entry point for West Bank Palestinians traveling in and out of the region.

To wrap up the day and the Holy Land Tour itself, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and Pastor Benny Hinn are prepared to host a charity gala at Olmaya Hall, Jerusalem. The event will feature a ministration from the Man of God, leading his followers closer to Jesus and their faith. Invited guests include local and international members of the Evangelical community as well as supporters from the Jewish community and fans of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. The Jerusalem Orchestra will also be there.

The ministration before the Gala will be broadcasted live tonight (Thursday the 17th of May), at 6PM (GMT+1) or 8PM Israel time. Those who want to watch the livestream can follow the official broadcast links on YouTube and Facebook:

'Feisty' Collins stuns 2016 champ Kerber at Australian Open

Jan 21, 2019

MELBOURNE, Australia — Anyone unfamiliar with Danielle Collins — and that could be forgiven, really, considering her 0-5 mark at majors until this Australian Open — got a sense of what she's all about during her surprisingly easy upset of former No. 1 Angelique Kerber. Not just the 6-0, 6-2 scoreline Sunday that eliminated a three-time Grand Slam champion and put the unseeded Collins in the quarterfinals. And not just the take-balls-early aggressive approach that produced a "Did I read that right?!" edge of 29-6 in total winners for Collins, a 25-year-old American who won a pair of NCAA singles...

LeBron, pickle juice help Tiafoe reach Australian Open QFs

Jan 21, 2019

MELBOURNE, Australia — Frances Tiafoe just kept shaking his head and calling the whole thing "crazy" and "unbelievable." Which it all kind of is. That he reached his first Grand Slam quarterfinal on his 21st birthday by beating No. 20 seed Grigor Dimitrov 7-5, 7-6 (6), 6-7 (1), 7-5 at the Australian Open on Sunday. That he did it with the hydrating help of pickle juice guzzled during changeovers to fend off cramps. That his shirt-removing, biceps-slapping victory poses paying homage to LeBron James have gone viral and might have caught the NBA superstar's attention. And, most poignantly of all,...
